Ice cream is one of the most popular desserts in the world. The simple Milk, Sugar and Cream don’t do anything alone. When these 3 perfectly blend together it would turnout as an Ice cream. The Ice cream has endless colors and flavors. Here is the healthier, fresh, vitamin rich seasonal fruit Mango ice cream. Mango has Vitamin C and generally ice cream has Vitamin A. So enjoy the healthy desert.


  • Mango puree* - 1 cup
  • Boiled Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Almonds, Pista - 4 each


  • *Take 2 mangoes, peel off and chop. Put into blender & make smooth paste
  • With this Mango puree add boiled milk, fresh cream, milk powder and powdered sugar and make smooth paste
  • Pour this mixture into a air-tight container and freeze it for 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, take it out from freezer blend again then freeze it for 6 hours
  • Repeat the process for 2-3 times
  • Once its ready, drizzle honey, serve immediately.
  • Optionally garnish with peanut brittle, almonds and pista


  • If you want to really make this ice creams vibrant in color add colorful fruits with chocolate chips. Use wafer biscuit to eat instead of spoon.
