Ingredients
- Maida - 1 cup
- Sugar – ¾ cup
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Grease the tray with ghee / Place butter sheet.
- Put sugar in a mixie jar, finely grind
- Heat ghee in a pan, add maida, roast fro 12 to 14 min. Or til lthe mixtures turns shinny batter consistency
- Let it cool for min
- Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, mix well
- Put it in a buttersheet tray, evenly spread
- Leave it in fridge for 30 min or in room temperature for 1 hour
- Put this in an airtight container. Use it for 2 week
Note
- You can use ghee roast grated coconut

Store in an airtight container, use within 2 weeks
