Ingredients

  • Chapati – 6
  • Onion - 1[sliced]
  • Garlic - 3 cloves[chopped]
  • Red, yellow, green capsicum - 1/2 cup [cut into thin stripes]
  • Green chilli -1 [chopped]
  • Tomato chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Method

  • Cut chapati in to thin stripes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, green chilli, capsicum, garam masala & salt saute
  • Add tomato chilli sauce, soya sauce saute
  • Add chapati noodles, mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce if required
  • Once its ready, cut off heat serve hot
