Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Take 3 tbsp wheat flour with ¼ cup of water. Mix well till no lumps remains
  • Boil water in a broad pan then add salt once water is boiled add wheat flour mixture then stir well continuously for 5 min
  • Once Raw smell out then cut off heat and serve hot with milk or curd

Note

  • Add seasoned ingredients [heat oil in a pan add mustard, cumin and curry leaves] when serving.
