  • Wheat flour – ½ cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Green Cardamom - 3
  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Water as needed


  • Put sugar and cardamom seeds in mixer jar then grind to fine powder.
  • Mix all ingredients well except powdered sugar to make soft dough. Then cover it & leave it for ½ an hour.
  • Take a small piece, sprinkle flour and using roller make round shape.
  • Then cut in to diamond shapes. Make petal shape by drag and roll of the tip
  • Heat oil in a pan then deep fry. Once deep fried immediately put in powdered sugar.
    Cool it and put in airtight container use within 2 days.
