Vegetable wheat ragi roti

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour– 1 cup
  • Ragi - ¼ cup
  • Onion – 2 [finely chopped]
  • Capsicum – ½ [finely chopped]
  • Cabbage – ½ cup [finely grated]
  • Carrot -1 [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1[finely chopped]
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup [finely chopped]
  • Curry leaves – 3 springs [finely chopped]
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed [Apr. ¼ cup]

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
  • The batter should be softer than chapatti dough and little sticky.
  • Heat iron dosa tawa, put batter on tawa, dip fingers in water, immediately spread the batter gently and bring to round shape then pour 2 tbsp of oil around the roti & cook till golden brown both sides.
  • Then cut off heat serve hot with coconut chutney
