Quick and simple chutney for winter season. Dry red chilli & asafoetida gives nice flavour to the curd.

Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Sugar - to taste

For seasoning

  • Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Hing[Asafoetida] - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 spring
  • Dry red chilli- 1
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

Method

  • In a bowl add thick curd add salt mix well
  • For seasoning:-Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add hing, dry red chilli & curry leaves cut off heat.
  • Add seasoned ingredients to fresh curd mix well then serve with Idli or Dosa.
