Ingredients

  • Samak Rice (Little Millet) - 2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Wash and soak samak rice for 1 hour. Then add salt.
  • Then steam it for 30 min then serve hot with sambar or curd.

Tip

  • Dry roast samak rice then wash & soak for 15 min. Then steam it for 10 min.
