Schezwan spaghetti with sweet corn


Cuisine Style: Italian | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | To Serve: 3 | Type: Breakfast or Dinner

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti– 1 cup
  • Sweet corn – ½ cup [Boiled]
  • Schezwan chutney – 4 tbsp [For kids:- Use only 1 tbsp]
  • Garlic - 3 Cloves [finely chopped]
  • Parsley or coriander leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
  • Olive oil or groundnut oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  • Heat water in a pan, add salt & let it boil
  • Add spaghetti cook till soft. Then drain water.
  • Heat oil in a pan add garlic sauté till light brown
  • Add boiled sweet corn, Schezwan chutney sauté gently.
  • Add cooked spaghetti sauté well for 2 to 3 min.
  • Finally add coriander leaves. Then cut off heat & serve immediately

Tip

  • For variations:-You can add grated cheese or any veg toppings like sauted mushrooms, tofu, spinach, paneer, green peas or broccoli.
  • You can add lemon juice
