Ingredients

  • Sooji bansi rava – 1 cup
  • Milk – 2 cup
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Ghee – ¼ to ½ cup
  • Jaggery – ½ cup
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
  • Almonds – 2 [ghee roasted, sliced]
  • Pistachios – 5 [ghee roasted, sliced]
  • Nutmeg scraps – few

Preparation

  • Heat ghee in a pan, roast almonds & pistachios then slice.
  • Heat another pan add jaggery & 4 tbsp of water & let it boil. Then cut off heat & filter.
  • In the same pan roast sooji bansi rava. Then add water & milk let it boil.
  • Add jaggery & sugar mix well & let it thickens.
  • Finally add cardamom powder, nutmeg scraps, sliced almonds & pistachios.
  • Then cut off heat, serve hot or chilled.
