Ingredients

  • Rava [sooji, semolina] – 1 cup
  • Sugar – ½ cup
  • Green cardamom – 3
  • Cashew nuts – 6
  • Ghee – 6 tbsp or as needed

Preparation

  • Dry roast rava till you get nice aroma, let it cool then coarsely grind.
  • Break the cardamom shell; add the seeds & sugar in a mixer jar & finely grind.
  • Heat ghee in a pan roast cashew nuts & finely chop
  • Heat ghee in a pan then melt it.
  • In a bowl add ground rava, sugar cardamom mixture, chopped cashew nuts & add ghee mix well.
  • Then take lemon size mixture and make a balls
  • Let it cool & store it in an airtight container use within 5 days

In a bowl add ground rava, sugar cardamom mixture & cashew nuts mix wellIn a bowl add ground rava, sugar cardamom mixture & cashew nuts mix well
