Ingredients

  • Ragi flour – 1 cup
  • Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed.

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl add ragi flour, water & salt mix well.
  • Grease idli plates with sesame oil then pour ragi batter.
  • Heat idli cooker with water place idli plates, cover lid & steam it for 10 min.
  • In an idiyappam kuzhal fill ragi idli.
  • Then just press or squeeze over the plates
  • Then Serve hot with Kurma, coconut milk or chutney.
