Peanut ladoo

Ingredients

  • Peanut [groundnut, nilakadalai] – 1 cup
  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp [optional]

Preparation

  • Heat pan then dry roast peanuts. Then peel the skin off.
  • In a mixer jar put roasted peanuts & coarsely grind then add sugar & grind to coarse or fine powder.
  • In a bowl put peanut mixture, cardamom powder & ghee mix well & shape ladoo.
  • Place it in airtight container use within 2 days.
