Onion tomato uthappam

Ingredients

  • Dosa batter – 1 cup
  • Onion – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Tomato - 1 [Remove seeds & finely chopped]
  • Green capsicum - 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Idli milagai podi - 2 tbsp [optional]
  • salt to taste
  • Oil -2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat iron dosa pan, pour batter, pour 1 tbsp of oil, add finely onion, tomato & capsicum.
  • Then sprinkle idli milagai podi over the uthappam.
  • Pour another 1 tbsp of oil around the uttapam then cover lid & cook both sides
  • Once uthappam is ready, transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
