Nano Soya chunks sabzi | Meal Maker Stir fry

Ingredients

  • Soya chunks [Nano, Mini] -1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup [sauce] – ½ cup
  • Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Garlic- 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

For batter

  • Rava [semolina] – ½ tbsp
  • Rice flour or corn flour – 1 tbsp
  • Maida – 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour [Besan] – 1 tbsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Water – Apr. 1 cup

Method For Deep frying nano soya chunks

  • In a bowl add maida, besan, rice flour, rava, salt & pepper mix well. Then add water stir well.
  • Batter should be light & mild watery
  • Boil water then put nano soya chunks leave it for 10 min then drain & squeeze extra water.
  • Dip nano chunks in maida batter mixture then deep fry till golden brown.

Method for sabzi or dry curry

  • Heat oil in a pan then add onion sauté till soft. Then add ginger & garlic & green chilli saute.
  • Add tomato ketchup, rice flour & pepper powder mix well. Add 2 tbsp of water saute till raw smell out.
  • Then add fried nano soya chunks mix well & leave it for a min. Then cut off heat & Serve hot with boiled rice, chapatti, biryani or pulao
