Ingredients

  • Nannari [Sarsaparilla] – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 1 cup or 200 gram
  • Lemon – 3
  • Water- 250 ml

Preparation

  • Wash Sarsaparilla for 2 to 3 times
  • Soak Sarsaparilla overnight.
  • Boil Sarsaparilla till it it thickens. Then filter & extract juice.
  • Heat pan, add jaggey & water let it boil till you get syrup consistency.
  • Add filtered Sarsaparilla juice into the jaggery mixture let it boil for 5 min then cut off heat.
  • Add lemon juice mix well. then refrigerate & serve with lemon juice
  • Take a glass, add 100 ml cold water, squeeze one lemon, add nannari sarbath[1 tbsp], mix well.
  • Serve immediately
