Ingredients

  • Green chilli – 1 cup
  • Butter milk or curd - 2 cups
  • Salt or Sea salt as required

Seasoning & Preparation Method

  • Wash & wipe out Green chilli.
  • Using toothpick make hole [Green chilli absorbs buttermilk easily].
  • In a bowl add curd & water beat well with salt till buttermilk consistency or you can use buttermilk.
  • Add green chilli soak it overnight
  • Then dryout in the sunlight for one day
  • Add dried green chilli in remaining buttermilk, soak it overnight
  • Then dryout in the sunlight for 2 days.
  • Heat oil then deep fry & serve with curd rice
  • Store in an airtight container use within one month
