Ingredients

  • Karupatti – 3 whole [powdered or crushed]
  • Dosa batter – 2 cup

Preparation

  • Crush or powder Karupatti
  • Heat pan with crushed Karupatti then add 2 tbsp water & mix well till fully melted. Then cool it and pour into dosa batter mix well.
  • Make dosa as usual.
