Ingredients

  • Oats [Oatmeal] – ¼ cup
  • Rava[Semolina] – ½ cup
  • Curd - ½ cup
  • Water as needed
  • Red, yellow, green capsicum – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli - 1 [chopped]
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • In a bowl add rava, curd & water mix well and leave it for 2 hours. Particle of Rava size becomes 2 times bigger
  • Then add oats, capsicum, green chilli mix well.
  • Heat iron dosa tawa pour oats rava batter mixture, spread immediately, pour oil, cover lid & cook till crisp & golden brown both sides.
  • Then Serve hot with coconut chutney.

After 2 hours batter thick and soft. Rava absorbs all the water & curdIn a bowl add white rava & salt
