Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
  • Milk powder – 1/4 cup
  • Sweet condensed milk – ½ cup
  • Pistachios – 4 [ghee roasted]
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Heat condensed milk in a pan stir well
  • Add milk powder mix well
  • Add cocoa powder stir well till the mixture thickens
  • Add ghee then cut off heat let it cool.
  • Divide the mixture into equal size balls
  • Then flatten & make markings using knife. Garnish with pistachio in the middle.
  • Store in an airtight container & keep it in refrigerator use with in 1 week

Note

  • You can add cardamom powder
