Ingredients

  • Bengal gram - 1 cup
  • Toor dal - 1 cup
  • Urad dal - 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds - 1 cup
  • Dry red chilli - 12
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Jaggery -1 tbsp

Preparation

  • Dry roast ingredients one by one. Then let it cool & grind.
  • Then add jaggery & salt mix well.
  • Then put all ingredients in a blender mix well.
  • Then let it cool & store in an airtight container use within one month.
  • Serve with idli, dosa & rice
  • Serving: - Serve with sesame oil, ghee or coconut oil.
