Ingredients

  • Whole green gram – 1 cup or black chick peas

Method-1[Cotton cloth]

  • Wash green gram & soak it for 8 hours. Then drain water.
  • Wash white cotton cloth. Then squeeze out extra water.
  • Place soaked whole green gram on cotton cloth then wrap the cloth & keep it in a warm place for 8 hours / overnight.
  • After 8 hours- We can see the sprouts.

Method-2[hot box-Easy & Simple method]

  • Wash green gram & soak it for 8 hours. Then drain water.
  • Put soaked green gram in a hot box, cover it & leave it for 8 hours then make Sweet sundal, salad or curry.
