How to make curd [in mud pot] By


Cuisine Style: India | Cooking Time: 5 minutes |Setting time : 4 hours | To Serve: 3 | Take with: Rice, roti

Ingredients

  • Milk – ½ ltr
  • Curd – 2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Boil milk then let it cool [3/4th]
  • Add 2 tbsp curd when milk is warm & mix well
  • Then cover lid & let it set for 3 to 4 hours[ in summer] or you can leaves it for overnight in winter.
  • Then you can refrigerate curd and use within 3 days
