Ginger tea | inji tea -How to make with Step by step photos

This is Healthy & Hot tea for winter season. Best for throat irritation & digestive problems. Easy to make & restaurant style method. Take with biscuit or bread. You can make black ginger tea without milk.

Ingredients

  • Tea – 4 tsp
  • Water – 1 cup or 1 glass [150 to 200ml, small]
  • Milk [boiled] – ¾ cup
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Gigner [Inji] – 1 inch piece

Preparation

  • Boil water in a pot then add tea.
  • Add mashed ginger, let it boil.
  • Add milk & let it boil.
  • Then drain & pour it into serving glass, add sugar mix well.
  • Serve hot with any fritters.
