  • Idly batter - 1 cup
  • Carrot grated - 2 tbsp
  • Flower shaped mould
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste


  • Grease Idli cooker’s cavity with oil.
  • Place flower shaped mould over the cavity
  • Pour batter gently onto the mould & sprinkle grated carrot
  • Unmold and garish with coriander leaves
