Cuisine Style: Tamilndau, South india | Preparation&Cooking Time: 10 minutes | To Serve: 4 | Type : Dry Curry,Masala | Take with : Rice, roti, paratha

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 cup
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Small onion – 4 [chopped]
  • Pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Method

  • Break the whole cauliflower into medium florets.
  • Take a bowl, pour warm water & add salt mix well then put cauliflower & leave it for 5 min then drain water.
  • Then parboil cauliflower.
  • Heat oil in a pan add garlic & onion sauté.
  • Add curry leaves sauté
  • Add cauliflower, salt & pepper powder sauté well. Then serve hot with rice
