Coriander oats uthappam | Kothamalli Uttapam-Easy breakfast recipe

Ingredients

  • Dosa baater - 1 cup
  • Oats [Oatmeal] – ¼ cup
  • Coriander chutney - 3 tbsp*
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Coriander chutney*

  • Corainder leaves- ¼ cup
  • Mint leaves– 2 springs
  • Green chilli - 3
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp [grated]
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram[Chutney kadalai]- 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Heat oil in a pan add coriander leaves, mint leaves saute for 2 min.
  • Add sauted mint coriander leaves, coconut, ginger, roasted gram, green chilli, salt in a mixer jar coarsely grind with ¼ cup of water.

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl add dosa batter, oats, coriander chutney mix well.
  • Heat iron dosa tawa pour oats coriander batter mixture, pour 1 tbsp of oil around the uthappam, cover lid & cook for both sides
  • Then Serve hot with coconut chutney.
