  • Almond - 10
  • Cashew nut - 10
  • Ghee - 4 tbsp
  • Khoya - 300 gram [boil milk about 1 hour, stir often and Khoya is ready]
  • Brown Chocolate - 2 cup
  • Raisins - 8
  • Smooth Dates - 9
  • Dried cherries - 8
  • Marie biscuits - 6


  • Grind almonds and cashew to fine powder.
  • Heat pan with ghee, add finely chopped dates, dried cherries and raisins & sauté gently. Add cashew almond powder & mix well. Add khoya & stir well. Turn off flame.
  • Double boil dark chocolate.
  • Spread the mixture on one side of the biscuit and stick the 2nd biscuit over it gently.
  • Dip each stuffed biscuit in Dark chocolate sauce and place this in plate and pour dark chocolate sauce on the biscuit again. Make sure biscuits completely chocolate coated.
  • Refrigerate for one hour. Take this and do the above procedure with dark chocolate sauce and then refrigerate one hour again. Serve it cool with grated almonds.


  • You can use white chocolate, chocolate chips, chocolate vermicelli also. Dried figs also gives nice flavor.


  • You can add pistachio & dry roasted grated coconut while grinding.
