Ingredients

  • Mini sorghum idli [Solam idli, jowar idli, jolada idli] – 1 cup [10 idli]
  • Onion – 1 [chopped]
  • Green capsicum – 2 tbsp [chopped]
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Tomato – 1 [chopped]
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Coriander leaves – 1 spring
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Coriander, cumin & pepper powder – 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add curry leaves sauté.
  • Add onion & capsicum sauté well. Then add ginger & garlic sauté
  • Add tomato sauté till soft. Add water if required.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well.
  • Add cumin, coriander, pepper powder & garam masala powder sauté.
  • Add mini sola idli mix well.
  • Finally add chopped coriander leaves mix well & cut off heat.

Add turmeric powderWash and soak green gram over night then drain water & add cumin, salt, green chilli & ginger

Add red chilli powderWash and soak green gram over night then drain water & add cumin, salt, green chilli & ginger

Add cumin, coriander, & pepper powderWash and soak green gram over night then drain water & add cumin, salt, green chilli & ginger

Add garam masalaWash and soak green gram over night then drain water & add cumin, salt, green chilli & ginger

Add mini sola idli saute wellWash and soak green gram over night then drain water & add cumin, salt, green chilli & ginger

Finally add chopped coriander leaves mix well then cut off heatWash and soak green gram over night then drain water & add cumin, salt, green chilli & ginger
