Carrot thogayal recipe

Ingredients

  • Carrot – 1 [Grated]
  • Onion – 1 [sliced]
  • Dry red chilli - 1
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Urad dal – ½ tbsp
  • Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Peppercorns - 4
  • Toor dal – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

  • Heat pan with oil then roast all ingredients.
  • Cool it and put roasted ingredients, and salt in a mixer jar.
  • Grind to fine or coarse powder or paste.
  • Sprinkle gingelly oil & serve hot with rice.
