Ingredients

  • Basmati long grain rice – 1 cup [Boiled]
  • Red, green & yellow capsicum – 1/2 cup [finely chopped]
  • Carrot – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Chilli tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp [freshly ground]
  • Garam masala powder or five spice powder–1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

  • Heat oil in pan add garlic, onion, green chilli, carrot & capsicum sauté on high flame.
  • Add red tomato chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce & salt mix well.
  • Add garam masala powder mix well
  • Add boiled basmati rice, enough salt & 1 tsp pepper powder mix well.
  • Once it’s ready cut off heat & serve hot with baby corn, cauliflower or mushroom Manchurian.
