Akki rotti

Ingredients

  • Rice flour – 1 cup
  • Coconut – ¼ cup [grated]
  • Coriander leaves – 3 springs [chopped]
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 to 2 [finely chopped]
  • Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Carrot – ¼ cup [grated or finely chopped]
  • Capsicum – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Method

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl then mix well. The batter should be softer & little sticky.
  • Heat iron dosa tawa, place the batter, dip fingers in water, immediately spread the batter gently and bring to round shape then pour 2 tbsp of oil around the roti.
  • Cook both the sides and serve hot with chutney, sambar or pickle
